Our services include:

• Establishing child support and alimony: In California, most child support and spousal support (a.k.a. alimony) agreements are made according to strict uniform guidelines. But there are many possible circumstances that can lead to exceptions.
• Enforcement: If an ex-spouse refuses to live up to the terms of a spousal or child support agreement, you can get a court order. If the ex-spouse still does not comply, he or she can be found in contempt of court.
• Modifications: When one spouse experiences a sudden change in fortune, it is sometimes, but not always, justification for changing a spousal or child support agreement.

Our lead attorney, Mark Pachowicz, has a strong understanding of child support issues. For several years, he worked for the Department of Child Support Services and was recognized as the department's Employee of the Month in March 2003. Part of his current practice is devoted to legal issues involving children, including his work in juvenile law and child custody.
